Bracelets
Sterling silver cuff bracelets and bangles, hand-carved in heavy S925 silver with 24K fire-gilded gold. Each one is an open cuff with genuine weight on the wrist and carving that runs the full length of the band.
The cuffs
The Taotie Double-Body Bangle follows the beast face of ancient Chinese ritual bronzes on a band under a centimetre wide. The Wind Horse Cuff carries the lungta of Tibetan prayer flags. The Mystical Serpent Cuff coils a fire-gilded serpent around the wrist. The Six-Tusked Elephant Cuff follows the white elephant of the Buddha's birth story, and the Son of the Forest Cuff sets the Celtic tree of life between twin swords.
Sizing
Each cuff is listed by wrist size on its product page. To measure, wrap a strip of paper around the narrowest part of your wrist, mark where it meets and measure the length. Because the back is open, every cuff can be eased slightly by hand for a closer fit. See the Size Guide for details.
How they are made
Every cuff is carved and finished by hand. The gold is traditional fire-gilding, fused into the silver at around 900°C — not ordinary gold plating — and each line is re-cut by hand under a 40× microscope.
