These terms apply when you use kangrinboqesacredart.com (the "store") or buy from us. The store is operated by Beijing Xingming Health Management Service Co., Ltd., trading as Kangrinboqe Sacred Art ("we", "us"). By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

1. Using the store

You must be at least the age of majority where you live to place an order. Please give us accurate and complete information, and keep your account password safe.

2. Our pieces

Every jewelry piece is carved and finished by hand in S925 sterling silver. Our thangkas are printed on heavy card from our own drawings and finished by hand at a temple with glass crystals and gold glitter outlines; they are not hand-painted. Small differences in carving, oxidation and gold tone from one piece to the next are part of handwork, not defects. Natural stones vary in color and pattern. Measurements and weights are given as accurately as we can; small variations are normal.

Colors may look different depending on your screen. If you have a question about any piece, please ask us before ordering.

3. Symbolism and origin

Our designs draw on Tibetan Buddhist, Chinese, Celtic and Norse traditions. What we write about a symbol's meaning is cultural and historical context. We do not claim that any piece has supernatural, protective or healing effects.

All our pieces are designed and handmade in China. None is made by, or represented as made by, Native American artisans.

4. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it by email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a price or description was listed in error or we suspect fraud; if we do, you will receive a full refund. To change or cancel an order, email us as soon as possible. We can do this free of charge until the order is dispatched.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and include free tracked shipping and all import duties, taxes and customs fees for every country we ship to. The total shown at checkout is the total you pay, and nothing is collected on delivery; see our Shipping Policy. Any sales tax that applies is shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order.

6. Shipping and risk of loss

Delivery times and our commitment on lost or damaged packages are set out in our Shipping Policy. We are responsible for your order until it is delivered to the address you gave us.

7. Returns, exchanges and lifetime care

These are set out in our Refund Policy: 30 days from delivery, and free cleaning and care for as long as you own the piece. Personalized pieces, pieces consecrated at your request, and the Nine-Palace Zodiac Amulet are final sale, unless they arrive faulty, damaged or not what you ordered. Each is marked as such on its own product page before you order.

8. Intellectual property

Our original designs and the photographs, videos and text on this store belong to us. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission.

9. Acceptable use

Please don't misuse the store, for example by accessing it without authorization, interfering with how it works, collecting its content with automated tools, or using it for anything unlawful. We may suspend access for anyone who does.

10. Shopify

Our store is hosted on Shopify, but any purchase you make is made directly with us. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and us, including any injury, damage or loss resulting from purchased products. You release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases from us.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the store or our products, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded by agreement.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. This does not take away the protection of mandatory consumer laws in the place where you live. If something goes wrong, please contact us first; most problems can be resolved quickly by email.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one posted when you placed it.
